Q. Can I have a dog or cat at your resort?
A. Yes, you can have a pet, as long as our guidelines are followed.
Q. Can I add an addition to my park model?
A. Yes, in fact, we carry three season additions.
Q. Do you have laundry facilities?
A. Yes, we have laundry facilities, but because we have city water and sewer, you may have a washer and dryer in your units.
Q. Is there a place to store my boat?
A. Yes, we have both indoor and outdoor storage available.
Q. Do you allow golf carts in the resort?
A. Yes, we allow golf carts, but because of quality and consistency we require the cart to be purchased or leased from us.
Q. Are storage sheds allowed?
A. Yes, but again, for quality and consistency we require the sheds to all be the same.
Q. Is there lake access at the resort?
A. Yes, in fact you can get to three lakes and the Pelican River.
Q. Is golfing a part of the resort?
A. The golf course is a separate entity, but everyone who purchases a lot will be given a five year membership to the course.
Q. Who takes care of the yards?
A. The Association mows and takes care of the grounds.
